2 eggs
Toppings of choice if any
(Recommends walnuts & chocolate chips)
Preheat Oven 350. Makes 36 cookies depending on how you part it. Make sure you keep in balls, Dough is touchable when fully mixed even though it doesn't look it, make sure dough isn't to warm, i popped into freezer for 5 mins.
I made first batch to big, says not to cook them longer than 10mins but since they were bigger and touching i gave 2 extra mins 👌 and they are a bit more chewy than the smaller portion batch i did for 10 mins i got 32 cookies.
Only posting this because i was unaware this was such a simple thing and results turned out amazing, But Nowhere as amazing as Keto Chocolate chip cookies my cousinhas made! Nothing would be able to beat those cookies.
Anyways i saw someone said they did a lemon cake mix cookie with cranberry... soooo im going to do that next for my birthday <3 if not sooner
